Unfortunately, mobile browser (and mobile OS provider such as Apple, Google, etc.) doesn't want to support autoplay of rich media such as video, audio, etc. because recently various advertisement solution providers abuse autoplay video for getting ad revenue.
Actually, video and audio's auto play feature is explicitly disabled on mobile browser. You can find various tech docs that describes this limitation.
InstaVR did our best to avoid this limitation and you can workaround this limitation on some browser, however mobile OS provider such as Apple, Google, etc. is adding more and more restrictions for video and audio autoplay on every os version up.
So we cannot guarantee that our workaround for video and audio autoplay works in the future.
InstaVR recommends to make package for mobile native apps such as iOS, Android app for really rich experience instead of making package for mobile Web.
Updated: Google add restriction for autoplay at Jan, 2018
